Question: How to reset an HP 933 ink cartridge?
Answer: Each HP ink cartridge comes with a small “chip” that communicates with the printer how much ink has been used etc. It was possible, with older HP inkjet printers/cartridges to fool the printer into thinking the current cartridge is a new cartridge and so continue to use the ink left in it. This process is known as “resetting” but HP inkjet printers that use the HP 933 ink cartridge (HP Officejet: 6100, 6600, 6700) no longer fall for this trick.
