Did you download Jenny Collier’s Christmas card list printable planner we featured as part of our You’ve made your List but have you Checked it Twice? post?  Well you’ll need a selection of Christmas cards to help start ticking the names off then!

CardsSistersGuild2“With printer ink at the ready and colouring pens and pencils on the table” Sisters Guild spent an afternoon “sending Christmas wishes to family and friends” last year after searching the internet for their favourite free Christmas cards to print.  Their Free printable Christmas cards list includes designs from Amanda’s Musing, Mr Printables and Wonder Weirded Wildlife that your children can help to colour in, add glitter and personalise before you put the stamp on an envelope to the lucky recipient.  If they want to do something special for their school friends then follow the Guild’s link to Muffin Grayson’s reindeer card which “cut, folded and put together with two sweet candy canes is a gift and card all in one”.

CardsSchoolFundraisingMore Printable Christmas Cards that are ideal for “colouring, painting or turning into a collage” can be downloaded from School Fundraising.  With designs featuring Santa (Father Christmas), snowmen, holly, angels and Christmas puddings the designs are set on an A4 size PDF so they can be printed easily before cutting the card into two to create two designs when folded.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA“If you can cut out, glue and colour in, you have the skills,” Sally assures us on Miy DIY (Make it yourself, do it yourself). “Whatever your skill level, you (and the kids) can personalise our free printable Christmas card templates. Grandparents just love getting handmade cards… don’t we all?”  Her designs include a dove, Christmas tree, snowflake and, her personal favourite, a reindeer.

CardsHodgePodgeAnother reindeer based card that can be quickly made and “that even toddlers can help with” can be found on Hodge Podge Craft. “‘Dasher’ out a few on your printer, ‘Donner’ pompom nose and you’ll be finished before you can remember the names of Santa’s other reindeer!”

CardsElliNeed a card that could double as a gift card? The Elli Blog’s Printable Holiday Petal Cards in a woodland design form little envelopes that “are great options to hold a purchased gift card or to use as a gift card itself. You can easily drop them in a stocking or tuck them into the Christmas tree,” writes Lia.  There are two versions for you to download and print on to card stock, both with a front and a back (or an inside and an outside).
